Returns
You're buying jewelry you can't try on first. That's why I want returns to be as simple as possible. And I want them to cost you nothing.
You have 14 days from receiving your parcel to decide. You don't need to give a reason.
I pay for the return shipping. You don't pay extra for anything.
How to send it back
- Fill in a short return form: Start a return
- Pack the jewelry so it arrives safely. The original box is best.
- Drop off the parcel at any InPost Paczkomat locker. You'll get a drop-off code after you fill in the form.
That's it. You don't need to print a label or pay anything extra.
When you'll get your money back
I refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the parcel, using the same method you paid with. If you'd rather get a transfer to a different account, write your account number in the form or send it to me by email.
What I can't accept
Custom orders, meaning jewelry made especially for you, based on your description, colors and size. A piece like that is one of a kind, and I can't offer it to anyone else. I always let you know about this before I accept the order.
Regular orders from the shop can be returned as usual.
Something arrived damaged
That's a separate matter, and I handle it differently from a return. Write to me at kontakt@upiekszaj.pl, ideally with a photo. I reply personally.
Formalities
You don't need to fill in anything except the return form. If you'd prefer to submit a written statement of withdrawal from the contract, you'll find a template here.
